BOCA's writer-in-residence, Susannah has been creating and editing powerful prose for more than 10 years. A grammarian at heart, Susannah's extensive background in journalism and technology provides a solid base of experience for writing impactful press releases, case studies and other marketing collateral for companies on the rise.
Susannah began her career in journalism at ANG Newspapers, honing her skills as an editor and page designer for publications such as The Oakland Tribune and The San Mateo County Times. In 2000, she entered the realm of technology at market research behemoth Gartner, where she edited analyst reports and papers, perfecting them for clients such as IBM and Cisco. Three years later, with a newfound interest in technology, Susannah joined Schwartz Communications and mastered the art of public relations writing. There, while also representing companies such as Narus, Autonomy and Devicescape, Susannah led her own teams to writing excellence through mentoring and writing seminars.
